Delivery

All reports are stored in our online Secure FTP server which can be accessed from your end and downloaded (or) Our web based Work flow management solution grants access to your center to download all the reports reported by our physicians. We deliver our interpretation services through a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) compliant communications network, incorporating encrypted broadband Internet connections and an industry leading Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS).

Teleradiology technology and equipment interface

• A PACS system is not required at your facility to utilize our services.
• Our team will work with you to provide a complete turnkey operation. We will develop low cost interface solutions from your site to our center.
• Using the DICOM 3 standard, your facility can be tied to ours with private telecommunications links, encryption technology and HIPPA compliance.
• Teleradiology links are established in association with award winning CIMAR remote viewer.

Radiology project management:

Techindia project managers coordinate every step of the project development process. They are also responsible for maintaining effective and efficient communication with the client, providing monthly metric reports and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the process. At study inception we appoint a dedicated project manager and a named backup to be your single point of contact throughout the project and will always be available for meetings or conferences.

Many people believe that their doctor interprets the images created by a radiology examination. This typically is not the case. When your doctor orders a radiology examination, images or pictures of your patients body will be produced. A radiologist will interpret these images and provide a written report to your lab/hospital, who in turn will discuss the results with you. Since the report will likely influence the healthcare you will receive, it is important to have an experienced, board-certified radiologist interpret your medical images. All of our radiologists are board-certified by the Indian Board of Radiology and many have participated in a Fellowship program for additional training and/or have obtained a Certificate of Added Qualification in a given sub-specialty.
